Short (ish) Low Dose Ativan

Welcome to BenzoBuddies, we are glad you have joined!  Some people seem to have withdrawl symptoms even though they were short-term users - I'm sorry you are struggling.  Are you looking for help to let the lest 0.25mg go?  We suggest a slow taper with reductions in the 5-10% range every two weeks or so.  Our suggestions are based on the Ashton Manual, the guide we reference for benzo withdrawl.  Going slow while tapering tends to minimize withdrawl symptoms and allows you to stay functional.
