I finally found the answer.

I would like to connect with people who are, or have been in the same situation I am currently living through. I have been taking 2 mgs of Ativan per day,  1 mg twice a day. I was prescribed Ativan for anxiety,  and have been taking it for almost 4 years. I started to taper in January 2022, slowly....I am currently taking 1 1/4 mg per day.

I see you're doing a nice slow taper, good for you!  How are you feeling, we know it's not an easy task but freedom from these drugs is wonderful.
