What was your longest anxiety attack

Hello all,

Short term Ativan use, 18 months post jump.

When I get severe anxiety attacks with palpitations, chest tremors, flutters, lightheaded, pulse over 100, electricity coursing through body, i get worried when it lasts hours… I’ve had them from minutes to 8 hours… I still get these 1-2 times/week this far out.

What was your longest extreme anxiety attack?
