Inner tremors

Has anyone experienced inner tremors ? Having been off for a while ?

I experienced them for 14 months after my cold turkey from Klonopin but I think I made them worse by taking Ambien during that time.  Once I stopped that, I finally calmed down.

What does inner tremors feel like? Is it like in your abdomen

It's like shaking inside, like internal vibrating,  feels like allover

Still got them 2-3 times per week unfortunately and I am 18 months post jump… sometimes they are stronger and sometimes they are milder, but they cause anxiety to the roof…

 

Waiting for them to disappear, I am so over them.

 

Yes, they feel like an inner agitation/jitters/vibrations/tremors, mainly in the chest area… typically they last a few hours to a day… this is still one of the scariest symptoms next to the heart palpitations/flutters.
