I am glad you are here, you will get plenty of support here.  Congratulations at 4 months benzofree.  I am sorry if you’re having a tough time, it does take some time for the CNS to recover.  Feel free to post to any of the dedicated boards.  We have a wonderful community of people here.  Our members have been through all aspects of benzodiazepine use and withdrawal and are more than willing to share their experiences.

If you can take time to read Prof Ashton’s manual, she describes and explains withdrawal symptoms.

Hi Larry, I just sent a response to your pm, but also wanted to add that I also had problems with my jaw and was found to have TMJ (never had before Valium), for which I now wear a mouth appliance.  My jaw and neck muscles have loosened up considerably and my one remaining symptom is head pressure.  I had awful head symptoms for many months, and now only get a headache or head pressure once in a blue moon.
