Allow this post to be on here for a while before moving it.
This is not a success story but a great Thanksgiving to all the people who wrote one and so far has helped me survive. Yes I want to Thank them due to which probably I'm here yet going on with my taper.
I also have a question which I think I should ask those who are fully out of the influence of benzo.
I'm now low in my taper and feeling completely numb. Being numb every-day every second triggers frustration and anger towards my family members.. Is it benzos playing out or is it my personality defect?

That emotional anesthesia is very much the benzo withdrawal. So is the rage, short temper, crying spells and feeling like you have dementia. It will get better. Exercising helps me the most with these issues.

How do you know exercising helps? What kind of exercise?
