Ear wax and Dizziness

Hey All

I have had this weird extra build of ear wax since this ordeal began 4 years ago and today I irrigated and cleaned one ear with drops, it worked fine but right afterwards I was really dizzy and boaty for like 2 mins before it went away and now ive had waves of dizziness and mild nausea all day. Not to the point of vomitting but all day. I have a doctor appointment tomorrw to check I havent damaged my ear, hearing is fine, actually really good that the ear wax is gone. but yeah the dizziness is killing me, my health anxiety is back and Im just so dizzy and tired its like Im almost bed bound, i can barely sit up.

Anyone else notice this, could use some reassurance that its just benzo withdrawal. I keep panicking and thinking im dying.
