13 months off

I just completed my 13th month off and started number 14.  I meant to write something a month ago at one year but missed the opportunity. 

Of those months, approximately 5 have been windows, 4 have felt like acute, and 4 have been "maintenance" symptoms months.  I now seem to be doing windows and waves.

I hope this is over soon, and hope I get some good healing in soon.  This process is only tolerable with the support of this site.  Thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way!

Keep moving in this fwd direction. One moment at a time turns into one day into one month into a year into years into healed.

Pleased to hear of your progress. . . Yeah, it sure takes WAY more time than we ever imagined, but I am sure that you have picked up some life lessons along the way - I sure have.  Looking forward to seeing your full recovery success story - you will get there!
