Functional doc prescribed uLDN for mental fatigue/sensory overload. Experiences?

I am currently at 7.5mg of V, 200mg of pregabalin and 100 mg of fluvox.

A functional doctor prescribed 50 micrograms of naltrexone (uLDN) telling me that it could help with the burning brain feeling and mental fatigue.

I am not looking for medical advice but experiences of using it while tapering Valium.
