[Pa...]
Can you be a little more specific, what benzodiazepine are you taking and what is your dose? I don't understand what 10 + 10 and 25 + 40 mean and what is TC. Can you also explain what "community" is?

[Pa...]
Thank you for letting us know a little more about your situation, here are some links which may help you understand your situation better and get member input for your situation. Are we to understand you've reduced your dose of Delorazepam in the last year, if so, how often do you reduce and by how much? We recommend reducing your dose by about 5-10% every couple of weeks or whatever your symptoms dictate so you can stay functional so if you are tapering, you may be going too fast. There is no cure for benzodiazepine withdrawal, the only way to recover is to taper from the drug and suffer through the symptoms until you heal which can take a long time. [To...]
hello thanks for the reply. I am not well the fact is that I was not well taking the drops I was agitated. now i don't remember i didn't do a linear cone i just know that now i'm always agitated i find it hard to breathe i have cramps sternum and stomach vomiting and as if the water and food does not go down it stops in the belly. this morning I had breakfast with you but I threw up like nothing. I have the muscles that vibrate but the invalidating thing is the breath and the stomach and sternum cramps. it's hard to live like this i can't get out of the house for so long that i'm upset what should i do? will all this pass? 20 days don't do anything to me anymore. I took the GGs because I was abstinent from paroxetine and didn't want to take it back but I wasn't that bad before. I was sick when I increased the GG and decreased a mess

[Pa...]
I don't know if English is your first language but if one of these other versions of the Ashton manual is better I'd recommend you read chapter 3, it will list your symptoms and why you feel them, it will help you understand what's happening to you. https://www.benzo.org.uk/ashlangs.htm What you're feeling is normal for those of us who are dependent on the drug and withdrawing from it, and it can go away if you can successfully taper off the drug. [Pa...]
It looks as if you're very unstable, would you consider going back up to a dose you felt better on, then holding that until you were stable and beginning a slow taper?

[Pa...]
Are you under a doctors care? If you're experiencing this much distress then its probably a good idea to get stable by going up in dose. If this isn't an option then tapering slowly is the other option. Do you want to devise a taper plan, if you do, please start a thread on the direct taper board located here: http://www.benzobuddies.org/forum/index.php?board=56.

[Pa...]
but what causes shortness of breath? Benzodiazepines are great muscle relaxers and when we become tolerant to the dose we're on or when we withdraw the drug our muscles react by tightening up. This is a list of symptoms which are normal for this process, I've bolded the ones you've mentioned. Most Common Physical: Muscle pain Psychological: Anxiety Depression Insomnia Less Common Physical: Gastrointestinal problems (may include abdominal pain or cramps, and distension) Visual disturbances (blurred vision, hypersensitivity to light, seeing spots, sore eyes, dry eyes) Headaches (may include feelings of tightness in head) Flu-like symptoms (fatigue, lethargy, weakness) Sweating Pain in neck and shoulders, teeth and jaw Limbs feel heavy Balance problems, dizziness, unsteadiness, loss of coordination Shaking Feelings of tightness in chest, breathing difficulties, palpations, inner trembling Psychological: Phobias (most common are agoraphobia, social phobia, and the fear of going mad) Panic attacks Rapid mood swings Restlessness, jumpiness Loss of memory, trouble concentrating Nightmares Irritability Derealisation (feelings of unreality, changes in perception) Least common Physical: Changes in appetite, weight gain or loss Constipation, diarrhoea, vomiting Difficulty swallowing, increased saliva, loss of taste or metallic taste, sore mouth and tongue, dry mouth Craving of sweet foods Tinnitus (ringing in ears) Menstrual changes Changes in libido Urinary problems (frequency, urgency) Skin rashes, itchy skin, dry skin, slow healing of wounds Painful scalp Feelings of 'pins and needles' , tingling or numbness in arms, legs, face or trunk Hypersensitivity to sounds Hyperactivity Speech difficulties Rapid changes in body temperature Psychological: Depersonalisation (feeling like you don't know who you are) Hallucinations Feeling suddenly aggressive or full of rage Paranoia Intrusive thoughts or memories Morbid thoughts, suicidal thoughts Unusually sensitive (such as to reading or watching news stories)

[Pa...]
what should i do then? I suggest in addition to the information drad dog supplied going up in dose to the last level you felt functional on, staying at that dose until you're stable then starting a slow taper. [To...]
but with those drops I have never been well with any dose. I didn't take them yesterday, can it be dangerous for the breath?
[Ka...]
Benzos should not be stopped abruptly Tordo and not taking them can be very unsafe. Please heed Pamster's suggestion and go back to a dose where you were functional on, stay there until you have your feet under you, and do a slow taper.
