Can medications work differently when you're in tolerance?

I fear I am in deep tolerance. Can different medications not work properly on you? I'm in deep severe disabling physical pain and I'm 10p weights and muscle relaxers and they do not work right. Can someone explain to me why this happens? Please thank you

I'm not sure what you mean by 10p weights but your body can become tolerant to muscle relaxers since they're only recommended to be taken for about 3 weeks or less before dependence sets in.
