I have had really bad anxiety throughout this. Not OCD, but some avoidance tactics beginning to become a habit. So trying to stop doing them, but almost getting like chemical anxiety now, have just had Covid which apparently can give you mental symptoms too. Have read can make symptoms worse if you try this, anyone had experience of it, will it improve things or am I just making it worse. Have tried CBT in past unsuccessfully but after 3 years just feel waiting it out I will never recover.
