What teas are safe to drink? Rooibos...?

I really enjoy a cup of tea, and wondered which teas are safe in withdrawal? Heard that Rooibos is naturally caffeine free, snd wondered if anyone had any experience with it? Or if there are any other teas that are safe too drink?

 

Currently very sensitive it seems.

 

Going through benzo and remeon withdrawal at the moment!

I love rooibos and drink it every day, I also drink camomile and ginger tea without problems.
