Wondering if anyone has experience using THC in small doses as an aid for anxiety and insomnia. I took low dose Xanax (.05mg). daily for 15 years. Last year I weaned off. I am approximately 11 months since stopping. Because I have a number of autoimmune and neuropathy issues I never know whether anxiety and depression and pain are related to Xanax or my physical issues.

I very much appreciate your help. I scrolled through much of the information.
However, the dialogue appears to be about CBD. In particular, I am looking for input on THC.

You might want to consider Delta 8 products. You get the benefits of THC without the psychoactive part of THC that normally makes you "high."
