[po...] Posted March 14, 2022 Share Posted March 14, 2022 Hello Guys , I am like 1 year out already . I am having issues with sleep since october . For now I have it in a way that is very hard for me to fall asleep , and I have an episodes like sleep half hour or 1 hour , then I wake up constantly . Sometimes better , sometimes worse . Sometimes i get 2 days normal sleep , then I go for workout , .. interestingly workout makes me again not able to fall asleep . Its like 1 step forward , then 2 back .. Reaally I am 27 .. I want to get in good shape . Also I broke up with my GF a month ago . Lot of memories comes to my mind and I can feel my body react automatically in some insufficient way .
