Help for those struggling with tinnitus

Hi everyone. I struggle with tinnitus occasionally but it’s not enough to debilitate me but I know others on here I have a very difficult time with a symptom. I came across this video on YouTube today that offers an explanation into how tinnitus is related to the nervous system and a technique that will relieve or improve it. Hope somebody can find this helpful.

Thanks for sharing this. Would be interesting if any of the other BB with tinnitus gave this a try? I tried it and not much difference, I’ll keep doing it for a while and hopefully a miracle happens.
