What % do I decrease my antidepressant cita? Almost finished valium w /drawrawal

I cannot thank you all for  the help on sleeping aids. I m following Prof Ashton s w draw and working well. She doesn't talk about antidepressant w drawl though.

I m on 6.5 mg of citalapram. Where can I find info on this? Thank you
