[Ct...] Posted February 17, 2022 Share Posted February 17, 2022 Need help tapering Ativan SUBLINGUAL FAILED 5 month crossover attempt to diazepam (Ashton equivalencies seemed to high). Was splitting and taking half of .5 mg SUBLINGUAL ATIVAN at same time as diazepam. Ended up going from 1 mg SUBLINGUAL ATIVAN TO 1.5 mg (.5 mg 3 times a day) Bad withdrawal symptoms: burning extremities, ? Akathesia/vibrations, cold hands/arms fluctuate, tinnitus, insomnia. Do the sublingual agree with you more than the regular tablets? I'm sorry you had to go up in dose after your failed crossover.
