Clonezepam shortage and switching to Diazepam quickly

There are supply problem with Clonezepam in my country and I don't know when the will be back in stock, so I will need to plan a switch over to Diazepam.

I'm currently on 2.250mg Clonezepam a day and I'm running out in about 30 days.

What would be the best way to switch over?, also would 2.250mg Clonezepam be the equivalent to 45mg og Diazepam?

The conversions are a bit approximate, but 45 mg seems fine with what I've read.

You might want to review the Ashton crossover approach.  Probably a good idea to do this in stages instead of all-at-once.
