hey! i had a blood check,my b12 levels was twice as high as the normal b12 level must be,but i took vitamin supplements a lot before,it is something serious?

the funny thing is [...],he said nothing about that. he prescribed me benzos for reflux..FOR REFLUX

Taking supp can raise it if it's already within normal range but it usually isn't an issue, unless it's high because your body does it without supps. Mine was high because I was on a supplement, I just stopped
