I am having trouble cutting my pills evenly as they are oblong shaped. I have an equi split but it's still hard to get right down the middle. Any suggestions?

I use a box cutter blade to cut my magnesium tablets.  It works good.  You can get a set of those blades at a hardware store.  Or you can go to a craft store and get an Xacto knife to cut your pills.  Google Xacto knife.
