Compensation claim

I am seriously considering taking legal action. Has anyone here claimed compensation? There are so many solicitors here in the UK it's difficult to know who to go with. I keep seeing Caroline Moore advertised everywhere. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi [...], no it wasn't on there...I seen it on something similar following a Google search. I also seen it on Benzo.org.
