Bad Dreams and Nightmares
« on: February 09, 2022, 12:05:34 am »
I have bad dreams usually every night and wonder if other's have them too.  My dreams are usually about something I need to accomplish and can't do it.  I start trying to accomplish something and then I wake up when I get to the part where I cannot accomplish what I set out to do.  It's very upsetting for me, and I wake up very upset and frightened by it.  I just have to keep telling myself that it's just a bad dream.  I can't say that I actually have nightmares though.

I have nightmares just before my cycle and when I'm in a setback, but I always have upsetting or frustrating dreams and it takes me an hour to shake the off everyday. Gosh [...]...I'm sorry you have this too. I feel like this is one of the worst symptoms..like so many others I could handle if this one would just go.

I've always been a vivid dreamer, but this is a lot. Makes me empathize with vets who have this but on a much worse scale.
