Can someone please help me figure out V titration

I am so in the dark on this liquid taper stuff

I am at 5mg V two times a day, one evening, one morning.

I dont know the first thing about how to do it.

Currently i have the 10mg pills and breaking them in even halves to take 5mg at a time

but I think a liquid taper might work better because I have poor digestive issues

Lots of bloating lots of diarrhea… ibe lost 80pounds so far

I cant drink regular milk, sometimes indrink almomd milk

I do not drink vodka or any alcohol

Please help me figure out how to start this

I am giving you two links.  One is a link to a water taper very similar to the one I used and it is very easy to understand and use and no milk or alcohol are used.  The only caveat with a water taper is you have to shake it well and dose right away because it is a suspention, not a solution.  Valium is long-acting so you can dose once a day with it.  The other is a link to The Ashton Manual which is suggest you read.  It doesn't take long to read and it is a great introduction to tapering.
