Madness continues

 1 months out. still severe DPDR panic breathing issues,i broke my relationship with my GF too yesterday, i said crazy thing to her. shes still with me but i think i'll never be the same. this crap totally cleared up my mind and everything what i was before.

Yes it’s a crazy process and is very difficult but it does get better and you will get through this. Hang in there.
