9 month + 1 day

Hope everyone is more better than yesterday. 9 month have passed. As i read my old post i see that i have the same fears the same problems maybe some are not as intense as before. This month was hard, i was sick with flu, fever, ear pain, teeth pain, and mentally some worst and some nearly the same maybe i little better or it's just hope i want to give to myself. Maybe this month will be better than months before i hope so.

your in the right track and things tends to get better/easier, at 10 months i had a decrease on levels of anxiety, still difficult

I'm glad you've been able to detect a slight improvement but I hope they become more pronounced.  9 months away from the drug is a good thing.
