Bad wave after concussion 24 months out

Hi,

I’m 24 months since cold turkey today.  I hit my hot accidentally 10 days ago & went into a horrid wave. Quest wave yet. Can’t tolerate any stress or exercise.  I was functional before this wave.  Has anyone had a really bad wave at 24 months after cold turkey & how long did it last for? Help!!
