Brain zaps...

I used to say 'my brain is vibrating' I have since heard it is called brain zaps. It's like vibrations and a quick, electric shock type thing. Anyway, I have had it a while now...everyday. not constant but pretty much most of the time. It is worse when I get tired or stressed. I had heard they last a few weeks,maybe a month. Mine have been present for over a month. Does anyone know how long I can expect this to last or if it ever completely dissapear? X

I only got these from ADs. I got them when I CT'd lexapro.  I think they lasted a couple of weeks and then disappeared. They were not painful, just annoying. I have never gotten them with benzos, however.

Same for me, I only got brain zaps from ADs. The kind that actually made a loud sound in my head that only I could here.

But the vibration thing is kind of different. I had the inner vibration thing for like 4 months and sometimes including my head. Some people will just get the vibration in the head.
