Freaking out over blood tests

My triglycerides are at 260? I’m in pretty good shape what gives?

Also I dont think I fasted for the test?! Never had one before and nobody told me.

What does this mean. How do I fix it. Could it be wrong. My cholesterol score was 240. Can anyone help?

Get the test done again and fast this time?

My lipids are also very high throughout this withdrawal, my diet is very clean, I never had any issues with lipids before benzos, my doctor thinks it could be the stress of the wd and possible damage to liver from benzos causing this.

What is your diet like? What do you eat mostly (kinds of foods) on a daily basis? Also, what liquids do you mostly drink?

Theyll probably try to put you on statins, another horrendous drug
