All that stuff will return to you Since you haven't been using that long at all… just keep using your muscles and exercising as much as tolerated and eating decent. As for the passing out feeling when standing up, check your heart rate and blood pressure to make sure its ok. This is a healing process. We have done some temporary damage to our brains that will take some time to be reversed. I know it's scary but it's all "normal" if that helps.
