Since you haven't been using that long at all… just keep using your muscles and exercising as much as tolerated and eating decent. As for the passing out feeling when standing up, check your heart rate and blood pressure to make sure its ok. Hospitals usually only check pulse and blood pressure while sitting down or laying down

i didnt get the standing up dizziness at all. i didnt get it when i get an adrenaline rush/surge. must be ok untill March 8 because the military...

so my brother. for long acting benzos it takes up to 2-3 week to feel the acute WD subside? :o its really disgusting that this kind of medicine exist

i have massive brain pressure and dizziness even if i close my eyes. is this normal? just like the experience before an alcoholic binge drinking. the coma like state. but its actually not a coma and never was.

Whatever you are going through will gradually (or for some more quickly) go away. This is a healing process. We have done some temporary damage to our brains that will take some time to be reversed. I know it's scary but it's all "normal" if that helps.
