looking to taper 4.5MG Ativan by switching to Valium

Hello everyone. it's been a while.

I am currently taking Ativan 4.5mg.

I take it 3 times per day 1.5mg morning afternoon and Evening.

I always feel like i am needing more. I think it's time to taper.

I see Ashton has a schedule for 3mg or 6mg but nothing for 4.5mg.

I was wondering if I should switch .5mg Ativan to 5mg Valium weekly to 45mg Valium and then began to taper

should I try to taper some Ativan when I reach a high dose of Valium like the 30mg level?

Can anyone recommend a schedule for 4.5mg Ativan crossover to Valium taper?

I see you crossed over to Valium in 2014, I'd use the same method you used then, it seemed to work for you.
