Valium and Trazodone

Is it OK to take trazodone with Valium to help sleep?

Has anybody used these together?

Using diazepam together with trazodone may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. Some people, especially the elderly, may also experience impairment in thinking, judgment, and motor coordination.

You should always speak to your dr, but I personally take Trazodone and Valium and know others that do too.

It’s the only thing that gives me sleep, and I need sleep.

But it will be one more thing I will have to get off of.
