Does too much benzos cause skin trouble.

I have been overusing tempazapam since April 2020.

It has caused me lose color in my face and caused premature wrinkles.  I had no wrinkles until I started taking too many pills.

I've read other members mention skin issues as well as hair loss.  Are you interested in tapering the drug?

Yes, I am interested in tapering.  I went cold turkey for three days and tapered from 2 to three pills a day to .75 pill yesterday and I slept 13 hours.  I took .25 this morning.  I just want my skin to look better like it did before I was on any drugs.  I looked 20 in 2016 and now I look in my 50s from all the medication and sleeping pills.
