[Ro...]
7 weeks today! Things still feel a little “off”. My biggest issues besides feeling off: Tinnitus , dizziness, attention span, fatigue, cog fog. I’m tired easily but I stay busy all day long. Still haven’t returned to work— I do in 3 weeks and I’m REALLY nervous. My mornings are the groggiest. Getting started in the morning is difficult. And by 3pm I’m lazy AF feeling. What is better: I can drive anywhere with no anxiety (although I still haven’t driven alone at night) I can shop with no anxiety. I can have conversations with no anxiety. I shower everyday without hesitation. I’ve had no panic attacks in weeks (just a very dull lingering anxiety) I can deal with high stress situation at home. I make breakfast and dinner for my family everyday- getting my kids on the bus every morning. I still am not healed, I’m still going through it but I’m nowhere near where I was the first week I started! My hope is that every week I continue to get better and in three weeks I’m ready for work! [ja...]
Congratulations! I'm a month off yesterday if you count the gabapentin. You have described my lingering symptoms to a tee. I'm so reassured to come and read posts that remind me that the cog fog, dizziness and tinnitus seem to be universal benzo damage.... can't wait to hear your progress.... good luck with your return to work...
