8 months off

I have completed 8 months off benzos.  I considered this a milestone.  It is a celebration, too,  in the sense that those are 8 months fewer that I have to go through this.  I am not celebrating, though, because I don't want to jinx myself, which I why I think a lot of people don't post their success story.  The difference between now and when I was in interdose withdrawal and having paradoxical reactions to Valium and Ativan, and between now and acute, is incalculable.  Still have quite a way to go.  Enough said.  Love you guys.  We've got this.
