Diarrhea

Since early this morning I have sever diarrhea and vomiting. I'm not sure if it's from food poisoning or a pill I had to take for a thyroid test, which they clam has no side effects.

 

Not only can I not sleep because of hypnic jerks but now I have this to deal with :'(

 

Did anyone else go through a stomach bug and if so how did you get through it?

Is anti nausea medication  safe to take? Will it cause problems? Anyone know the safest one to take?

 

I have to go to the er because I have sever diarrhea and vomiting and I'm dehydrated because of it. I'm thinking of asking them just  for the iv with no anti nausea medication in it.

Last time I had diarrhea was about a month ago when I had a terrible virus, activated charcoal really helped, I took about 10 pills at a time, you might want to start with a lower dose:) I also took a probiotic and dgl, do see a doctor if you can to rule out c-diff and e-coli.
