approx 18 months since CT

hi all,

 

Its been a long time since i've posted on here. I'm doing better than i was when i was last posting. I still get waves but they are barely worth worrying about.

 

My main symptoms at 18 months are:

 

ocasional muscle twitching

ocasional disrupted sleep

ocasionally a bit anxious

 

 

some of which could be benign fasciculations, and possibly not even benzo related. im doing pretty well overall. keeping busy has been good to me once i got over the first miserable 6 months.

You are doing great!  Those few remaining symptoms will disappear too. 

Thanks for checking in, so many members wonder what happens to people, why we never hear from them again.  I hope the answer is that they're feeling good and don't even think about this place, I'm glad you're doing so well.
