I'm definitely scared for such a long journey.

Perhaps fear exists as a misperception of the meaning and value of suffering. ;)

I can tell only after I get stable on V.

9 AM:  0.125mg K / 2.5mg V
3 PM:  0.25mg K
BED: 0.5mg K

BED: 0.5mg K

5 Days
9AM:  5mg V
3PM:  0.125mg K / 2.5mg V
BED: 0.5mg K

Looks good - I might suggest starting with your night dose.
Unless insomnia is a big player for you.

Insomnia is a big issue for me so I donít wanna start with the night dose yet.   By the way what did you do when you crossed over to Valium?

I started with 1/2 of my nighttime dose. Daytime anxiety is my big hurdle.
It was definitely bumpy for a week or so.
More physical symptoms in my case - lots of body tingling. So odd.

So far MT has made my symptoms in tolerable state.
But it flares up sometimes.
