Anxiety without morning 15mg

I was counting my pills last night as the pharmacy shorted me about 5 pills.  I dropped my pills under my brother's bed and couldn't get any.  My brother's girlfriend brought me some to work atv539, but I was anxious all day from the withdrawal.  I took it at 6pm and now I am afraid I will be up all night.

My doctor made it so I can't get any pills from any other doctor so I can't take pills to substitute to get off these.  I feel trapped.  I need to quit my job so I can taper.  I can't work when I am having anxiety.
