Post Covid

Hi I had Covid last year , needed hospital treatment. Throughout this past year I managed to switch from clonazepam to diazepam. Having a hard time with high up bloating. I have been left with long covid which can also affect the stomach. It’s hard to know what’s benzo belly and what’s long covid. I know there’s a lot of correlation with clonazepam causing benzo belly and the Vegus nerve is affected by Covid, which runs from brain to stomach. Any ideas or things that have helped you? I’ve been off the clonazepam since March , currently on 20 mg diazepam.
