[Ch...] Posted October 11, 2021 Share Posted October 11, 2021 I am worried about persistent sleep deprivation. Insomnia + poorly controlled sleep apnoea are a dangerous combination. I seriously worry about it seeming to cause palpitations and just dropping dead from a heart attack. I know there are no magical solutions but just putting it out there to see what others think.
