Insomnia on tempazepam

I have had insomnia for days since I reinstated.

I have reduced the amount I am taking because I quit taking it in rhe morning.  Yesterday I woke up at 3am.

I went home after staying at my brother's for months and can't sleep alone.  I slept from 8 to 1 it is 330 and can't sleep.  I can't handle being alone on the pills since my mom got sick and went to the hospital.  I have been back on them for about 9 days after quitting for 2 weeks.  I try to taper, but can't sleep on 1/2a pill.  I have to take 1 pill or 1.5 to sleep
