Bad wave today

Had a couple of anxiety attacks, a hard thump in my chest while at work (palpitations or something) that thru me for a loop, dark depression all evening, heavy/tight chest, feels like I can’t quite breathe easy, muscle pain, wondering if I’m dying of something…this sucks.

It’s hard to talk to people about it, because if you’re not in the middle of it, there’s no good way to describe it other than always feeling afraid, in pain, and wondering if maybe this isn’t benzo WD, maybe something is wrong with me.
