Bad wave after 10 months asymptomatic

The past 10 months have been the best i have felt in years.  2 weeks ago i got on a plane and went on vacation for a week. Caught a virus (not covid) upon returning home about a week ago.  Past 3 days i have felt like i am in acute withdrawal.  Complete panic, shakiness, unable to eat or sleep.  Completely bewildered and demoralized.  Feel like i am back at square 1 and have no idea how this happened.  Has anyone experienced something like this?

I've read members who have experienced this after a vacation, that's a lot of stimulation and stress and your body is reacting to it.  This shouldn't last too long, hopefully a week or two at the most, just do your best to avoid stress if you can, I'm sure catching a virus didn't help either, that would put added stress on your body.

No i have not.

I have recently. I was doing great then I got bronchitis and all hell broke loose again. I took a few different medication and they messed me up pretty good.
