Didn't knew about herb interaction

I have taken bacopa, Narayana Kalpa, Manasmitra Vati since more than 1 year. Shall I stop it immediately?

Plz advice as I'm tensed when i read about herb also interact with benzos..

If you're having difficult symptoms, it might help to stop your herbs just to see if it helps.  I know I would not be able to handle bacopa in WD, but that's just me.
