Looking for help with tapering and appreciate this community

Hi - I am planning to begin tapering off of Xanax XR, which I've been on for years, and am looking forward to getting advice from others, as my psychiatrist doesn't know much about the process. I've done this myself in the past but would like to do this with care rather than just go it on my own. Thanks.
