4 Years Off Xanax Sept 5, 2021

Hello,

Sept 5, 2021 makes 4 years full years off xanax!

I took Benzo chemical for 16 years!

I steel feel like there is 1,000 LBS pushing me down it's not near as bad as it was.

This feeling was in my legs, my back and my chest pretty much everywhere not in my arms, hands and feet!

Now it's only in my check, back and around my head! Not in my legs!! So its getting better ...its just take a long time to go away! But It Is Getting Better!

I quit Smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee and this make these side effects not as bad!! Taking any kind of stmimulant makes my side effects worse I do have a diet coke most days but only one!

I'm sure by Sept 5, 2022 all these side effects will be gone! That will make 5 years off all meds!

Just keep praying and don't give up!
