Anxiety gets worse as the day goes on.

Past couple days, I’ll wake up with some mild anxiety. It improves as the day goes on, but after lunch it comes back and seems to build up. Then it’s at its worst at night.

 

Not sure if this is because I’m scared of having nighttime panic attacks (I’ve had way too many of those lately) or what. I’ve also been experiencing moments of dizziness throughout the afternoon/evening.

 

Anyone else have similar experiences?
