Remeron weaning

After I withdrew from benzos several years ago, I was taking Remeron to help me sleep.  Eventually, I was able to sleep with nothing. However, in the last two years, the insomnia has returned.  First I tried OTC sleep meds like unisom.  Recently, I seemed to develop rebound insomnia from that.  Now I am trying low dose Remeron again but am concerned that it will be hard to got off of.  Has anyone had trouble with rebound insomnia from Remeron?

Yep, I’m in that boat right now.  If you can successful reinstate on a low dose, maybe .25 to .50 mg’s that could help.  I’m going on 4 days with no sleep because of my mirt taper.
