Benzo Support Groups Manchester UK?

Hi

I've been looking for any support groups that meet up in and around the Manchester area? There seems to be a serious lack of support groups here in the UK for those struggling with their reliance on Benzos.

I will have a look at the links but it seems there is nothing local.

I think the few support groups that were around had to cancel due to Covid. I spoke to Bristol Tranq at the beginning of the year who said they had to stop holding theirs. Suggested I start my own, but that wasn't for me.

 

It might be worth talking with them, things might have changed now, or they might know of something in your area

Thanks Pamster I will consider that. I was looking at my local NA meetings; perhaps that would be a helpful route due to the lack of specific meetings in the UK for benzos.
